Straight guy here who worked at Target for 8 years. Used to stop by every week, haven’t been back since. It’s not just the anti LGBT stuff. It’s the fact they were pro DEI and LGBT and then went back on their stance. They have zero integrity. They bend their knees to terrorists. If they had just not sold pride stuff the entire time I probably wouldn’t have cared.
Does the person loyally follow Trump even through his worst shit? A Republican will at least question everything and have a voice. A MAGA will excuse everything.
There’s general politics like “where should we spend this money and what should be laws”, and then there’s the radical politics of treason and loss of humanity. If she is a republican, you can work around that. If she’s MAGA, you have to draw the line at violating human rights.
As someone who lost their mom unexpectedly last year, don’t put this off. Even if it was long ago, casually bring it up and clear the air. After she’s gone you’ll never have a chance to get that resolved again.

Sometimes the opposite. My work password at this point is muscle memory. So if I type slowly and think about it I mess up. One morning after a bad night of sleep I actually couldn’t even recite my password of 10 years.
And he’s had so many failures and it’s only been a week.
Part of being a senior developer is knowing when to act. Can you do it? Probably. Is it worth the time and money? No.
I enjoy refactoring and making legacy code better.

There’s a udemy course by Maximilian that is only $20 that helped me immensely. Highly recommend.
It’s British humor so it’s a bit dry and winded at times. But they don’t talk down to their audience like the American version.

Nope, it’s their CRM. I have actually written a chrome extension to deshitify their web app and have passed it around for my company to use. It hides clutter, the stupid copilot, those triple navigation bars that take up half the screen real estate, opens all notes, color codes some things.
